zOmg!
Wow, so much happened yesterday, everyone has started posting and now I am SOOOO behind!!
So, HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone. It feels kind of strange that in a few months we'll be overseas and won't be returning until the following year. @ Mandy-- totally agree with you on reverse harems. It's just so much fun to see hot boys squabbling over an uninterested girl. =] Manga still makes me bounce with enthusiasm but I am onto anime for a while now...and absolutely subbed, not dubbed. Dubs make me cry, especially Love Hina. Worst dub ever.
As for t3h Death Note. ((By the way, I actually have my own Death Note...BEWARE ^_~)) I am an L fan, I have a little figurine of him on my desk, he's sitting on a chair in the strange way he does and eating a doughnut. V. kawaii.
CLAMP is a group of all women manga drawers, they have done CardCaptor Sakura, Tsubasa, Xxxholic, Magic Knights Rayearth and Wish...(off the top of my head) all of the storylines of these are different. Oh, except for Tsubasa and Xxxholic, they are set in the same universe. But I really enjoy CLAMP's style of drawing, it's very elegant and it can also be very, very cute.
As for cosplaying, ANYONE can cosplay. That is the fun of it. It's all about showing your love for the character. I've only cosplayed that once but I am definitely going to do it again. And the photos, I'm not that pretty in real life, my secret is makeup, taking LOTS of photos and choosing the best 10, contrasting the colours of my pictures and photoshop. ^^ In real life I look like the bride of Quasimodo. Nyeh...
As, Tom said, blogger is very easy to set up your blogs with, of course I will help you. If you use blogger, aka blogspot, just google "blogspot/blogger layouts" and a whole bunch of free layouts will come up, that's how I found mine. I found mine on www.pyzam.com @ Tom-- Yeah, I am a little obsessed with anime but at least it gives me something to do, and watching you actually learn words and phrases that you wouldn't learn normally. I've learnt things like hiccups, seaslug, fluffy, and a whole bunch of strange words. It really is beneficial. So, if I ever need to say "I got the hiccups from a fluffy seaslug", at least I know how to say it. ^_~
Oh, and LOVE Grey's Anatomy, and Private Practice. I absolutely  Kate Walsh to a very disturbing degree. McDreamy is t3h awesomenest as well. Oh, back to Mandy Yes, you've seen the Death Note live action movies, have you seen L save the world? Kenichi plays L so well in that movie. You should see him type on a keyboard, it made me rofl. Seriously. And why does everyone love Hitsugaya? My friend cosplayed as Urahara Kisuke at Gencon. @ Trav-- Hello. Haven't said hello to you yet. If you enjoyed Death Note with L, you should definitely watch the live action movies, ((It's one movie over two discs)) as they change the plot and totally cut out Near and Mello. The shinigami look awesome, I think they do anyway and Misa's room is the cutest thing I have ever seen. ((I have a slightly morbid taste in furniture)) but anyway, it's good. Watch it.
Oh, and you can buy good Japanese Disctionaries in Japan, I got mine in Akihabara, 3 years ago, it's still going strong. It just takes a little time to figure out how to work it as it is in Japanese and so are the instructions. ^_~ Mine was around $250.@ Everyone--
Does no one have jobs? I've had my job for 3 years now... I just thought that kind of everyone had a job...maybe it's just me. Ok, I know this was an epic long post, I'm sorry but I had to catch up with the conversation. I went on yesterday morning and none of this was there...I was going to post but I had to go to work. ((On second thought, DON"T get a job))
Ok, I'll be going now. <3

I like a girl that knows how to use her own hex values. Now I must watch Deathnote... They must have been saying "seaslug" a lot for you to remember it.. I went to an anime convention in brisbane... forgot what it was called >_< Supanova? Mainly to see Jewel Staite, who ended up being sick But I did get to meet Teryl Rothery They had a massive cosplay thing on too. Most of them were pretty lame I might be interested in the actual making of the clothing though... (i think i could spare myself the embarassment) I made (still making..) my own blog theme (for tumblr) I might upload it for other people on the interwebs when I'm done Oh yeah, Grey's Anatomy is awesome. It's getting a bit depressing though I haven't been able to find the last few private practice episodes, but it's been pretty good Mmm, Kate Walsh. Don't get me started Oh yeah, I've been trying to find a job as of late. Everyone seems to have only just hired for Christmas sales though. I've had the sweetest jobs in the past where I'd earn about the same that I'd earn at Coles in a couple of months, in a week. They're hard to come by. Nn. I'm going to buy a new camera this week. Anyone have recommendations? I'm pretty convinced by the Canon IXUS 970IS My old Casio Exilim s600 died recently.

Hello to you too Ashley ^.^ Happy New Year to you too [: It sure does feel weird, but I still cannot wait =D I went once before in 07 and loved it ^_^ Okay I've gotta see those movies [: The episodes with L were so much better than those with Near and Mello, their episodes disappointed me a little ha [: so I'll take your word for it and watch it...when the internet is faster ^_^ I've never really heard much about the cosplaying scene. But they always seem to pop up every time you do an anime search on google images [: that would be a pretty interesting hobby. But i don't think it's my sorta thing lol, maybe taking the pictures or something...o.O And i can see how lots of people could like Hitsugaya and how they could think he was cute... but for me its Kenpachi all the way. Or Don Kanonji xD And I do have a DS but it hardly gets used anymore. I might have a look into it if I don't get a normal dictionary. Or maybe there's a program for the ipod touch.. hm I shall have a look. But a standalone Japanese Dictionary might be good to have [: Okay I made a blog but haven't done anything to it yet. Once it is at least remotely interesting I'll post it up here. and @ Mandy : I'm just going to Sydney (well Oxford Falls to be precise) with a bunch of mates [: but I dunno what's going to happen if I don't get my act together and start making money...I might possibly bother myself to make a resume sooner all later xD. I seriously need a job. At the moment I've got one at Salamanca (a local market down here every Saturday) but that's only once a week...so I need another one xD I should have gotten one a long time ago... I guess I'm just a bit too lazy [: Ahh I just bought a Studio Ghible box set from ebay, some more anime yay I went to the Ghibli museum in Japan in 2007 and I love them [: their movies are great [= And @ Tom : I got a camera for Christmas, it was a toss up between the Canon Ixus 80IS and Sony Cybershot W150, my paretns ended up getting me the Sony. If I'm not mistaken the 970IS is a few models above the 80IS so I'm sure it'll be good [: the Canon Ixus' are generally pretty good cameras [: Its got a nice optical zoom (which is for me one of the most important features) plus a good screen. Its got a viewfinder which is good, not many digitals have them these days but they are very handy considering how easy it is to break the screen. Or when your low on batteries. But anyways I could ramble on for a while about that so i'll stop now ^.^

Acutally I think the 970 doesn't have a viewfinder, but a massive screen. It's probably horrible for battery life :/
Forget that. I think I was looking at the 870IS.
Sony's memory cards seem to be really expensive eh?

Yeah, well I reckon the viewfinder is essential (for me anyway) cuz it means you can turn off the screen and still take good photos without having to guess [: yeah you can;t really go wring with the ixus, you just need to choose a good model, and the 970IS is a good choice And yes they are really quite expensive :/. I went to Myer the other day to buy one because I have a Myer voucher and the 4GB one's were like $62 or something stupid, and they were on sale. So I just got a 2GB instead, it can hold 600+ 8MP photos . But yeah the Canon's take SDs don;t they ? They are much better [: . But make sure you get a good quality card because there are a lot of dud ones made by cheapo brands, I would research it a bit. You want a good quality card. But you probably already knew that ^_^
